At this annular gap powder nozzle, a hollow, conical, focused powder flow is formed at the nozzle outlet, which is directed onto the workpiece coaxially with the laser beam. Thanks to the uniform powder distribution, the powder supply is completely independent of the welding direction, so any contour can be created. The powder nozzle can be tilted up to 35° during spraying.
